A tank that's been pressure-tested twice before it leaves the floor.

Every ABC water heater is built around a glass-lined inner tank — rated for 8 bar of working pressure. Each unit is hydrostatic-tested in-house, then fitted with a multi-stage safety valve and a thermostat calibrated against a lab-grade reference. The result is a geyser that holds temperature, sheds scale, and runs silent for a decade.

Vitreous enamel fused at 900°C over mild steel. Resists scale build-up in hard-water areas.

Incoloy-800 element

Nickel-chromium alloy element resists corrosion and scale, rated for high salt content supply water.

Multi-stage safety

Pressure relief valve, thermal cut-out, and fuse link — three independent safety layers.

Magnesium anode

Sacrificial anode protects the tank from galvanic corrosion — replaceable at five-year service.
