Warranty policy

Every ABC product carries a manufacturer's warranty against defects in material and workmanship. The warranty begins on the date of purchase as shown on the original tax invoice issued by an authorised ABC dealer.

Warranty periods

• Ceiling fans — 2 years on motor and assembly.
• Pedestal, wall, table & exhaust fans — 2 years on motor.
• Water heaters — 2 years on the unit; 5 years on the inner tank; 1 year on the heating element.
• Room heaters — 1 year on the element and assembly.
• Irons & mixers — 1 year on motor and heating element.
• Accessories & spares — 6 months from purchase.

What the warranty covers

• Manufacturing defects in material or workmanship under normal domestic use.
• Free replacement of defective components at any authorised service centre.
• Labour charges during the warranty period at authorised centres.

What is not covered

• Damage caused by incorrect installation, unauthorised repairs, or alterations.
• Damage caused by voltage fluctuation beyond the rated range (except where covered by the manufacturer's stated tolerance).
• Cosmetic damage, corrosion from external sources, or normal wear-and-tear of consumable parts.
• Commercial, industrial, or rental use (a separate commercial warranty is available on request).

How to make a claim

Call the toll-free line on 1800 532 1124 with your model number, serial number and the date of purchase. A service engineer will be assigned within 48 working hours. Alternatively, visit any authorised ABC dealer — the dealer locator has the nearest one.

Product information

Specifications, colours and images are indicative. ABC reserves the right to modify product design, specification, or packaging without prior notice as part of continuous product improvement. For the definitive specification of a product you intend to purchase, consult the printed label on the unit or the specification PDF issued through an authorised dealer.

Pricing

MRP is printed on every product. Dealer pricing is communicated separately to registered trade partners. All prices are inclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise.

Intellectual property

All brand names, logos, product names and designs referenced on this website are the property of ABC Apptech Pvt. Ltd. Unauthorised reproduction or commercial use is not permitted.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Ahmedabad, Gujarat.

Returns & service

Returns are handled by the dealer who issued the original invoice, within the period stated on the invoice or as required by local consumer law. For out-of-warranty service, any ABC authorised service centre will quote for the repair — parts and labour — before commencing work.
